Please Touch, Please "Play & Stay" offered by Philadelphia's Childrens Museum

Having a child is a wonderful thing; as they grow you get to witness their curiosity and willingness to touch everything (including your very expensive household goods). If you're looking to encourage your child as well as keep your fine china, you will love this fun and educational get-a-way for you and your children (7-years-old and younger) offered in partnership with the Please Touch Museum.

Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the Please Touch Museum has at last reopened after an $88 million relocation and renovation. Committed to a mission of enriching the lives of children by providing learning opportunities through play, the museum's great "Play and Stay" package deal starts at $175/N for overnight accommodations between November 1, 2008 and January 31, 2009, when you and the family visit the museum.

The package includes free parking at your hotel and the museum, and four VIP tickets to the museum for two adults and two children including a "Speed Pass" to skip long lines. Museum activities with the longest wait may be the new City Capers exhibit, where children get to be architects, shopkeepers and medical professionals. Kids can dig a ditch in Busy Build, stock shelves in Shoe Store and review X-rays in the medical center, as well as visit the kid-favorite supermarket. A discount at the Please Touch Cafe, four carousel rides and special seating at theater shows are also included.

Accommodations are based on availability at the Best Western Center City Hotel, Comfort Inn Downtown/Historic Area, The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, The Westin Philadelphia and many more participating hotels.

Visit the Philadelphia Tourist office site to book this package, as well as view all available hotels. When you plan your vacation, please note that the Museum is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years day.
